Production are good-experienced in industry of processing of
wide gamut of polymers such as widespread materials like (polyethylene,
polypropylene, ABS, PS) and specific (polycarbonate,
polyamide, glass filled and reinforced plastic's and others).
Our enterprise equipped
with modern thermoplastic injection molding machines (Toshiba,
Japan) with compression effort from 50 to 1300 tons. It make
possible to mould products from any kind of plastics and
different levels of complexity - from the smallest to large
wares of complicated configuration: cases for TV-Sets,
monitors, different packages, tables and seats for bars and
cafe, sledges, spades, and also fittings for polyethylene
pipes of different diameters - from 15mm. to 315mm. - for
using them in different branches of national economics (plumbing,
gas pipelines, engineering systems).
The enterprise also equipped
with automatic transfer painting lines Mitsubishi (Japan)
for overall plastic and metal products.
In 2008 we conduct
modernization of our Plastic (Mould) Shop, purchased two new
machines from leading world firm in this industry
«Krauss-Maffei», (models ÊÌ 800/6100ÌÕ and ÊÌ 1300/12000ÌÕ),
which are complete with robots, it make process of molding
fully automated. It allowed considerably decrease energy
expenses and increase the efficiency of production and, as a
result –decrease a price of one unit of finished good.
