Enterprise “Polymer-Electron” is proud of it Tool Shop – making molds, stamps e.t.c.

At the beginning it was small tool shop mainly making only repairing of molding tools for plastic production, but today it is organized as a powerful and modern instrumental production of molding tools and stamps with different type of complication.

 It consists of:

• - design-engineering department (programming for CNC, modeling, 3-D modeling)

• - rigging and equipment repair groups

• - metalwork area

• - erosion area

• - CNC machining

• - Quality control

In 2008 we made a huge investments in to our equipment, we purchased machines from world leading firms as: HAAS (USA) – machining centers, Sodick (Japan) – erosion machines, Okamoto (Japan) – Grinding machines, Erowa (Switzerland); FARO (USA) – measuring center, computer centre of technological accompaniment and with CAD/CAM/CAE systems.
